Services offered:
Mobile Weekly Individual Occupational Therapy
Weekly Occupational Therapy sessions provided in a child’s home, childcare, preschool or school. Sessions can also be completed in the community such as within local parks as appropriate. Note Mobile Services are currently mostly based on the Northern Beaches and North Shore. Chloe may be able to offer sessions outside of these areas, please reach out to discuss further.
NDIS Report’s and Functional Capacity Assessments
Reports for initial NDIS access and reviews, assistive technology reports, and functional capacity assessments.
Intensive Occupational Therapy
Occupational Therapy sessions delivered at a higher frequency (multiple times per week) over short blocks (1–3 weeks). Availability for intensive blocks varies throughout the year and by location.
Comprehensive Evaluations and Assessments
Comprehensive Occupational Therapy assessments tailored to each child’s needs and caregiver concerns. Assessments may be completed independently or as part of ongoing therapy and help guide goal setting and therapy planning.
Assistive Technology Prescription
Support with trialling and requesting Assistive Technology including paediatric manual and power wheelchairs, seating systems, strollers, adaptive trikes, special purpose car seats and more.
Telehealth Occupational Therapy
Telehealth Occupational Therapy sessions delivered via video call for those unable to access face to face services either long term or temporarily.
